Our 0-12 PSI Ball Lock Mini Regulator takes 74 gram Brewer's Edge C02 cartridges, which hold enough gas to dispense a carbonated 5 gallon ball-lock keg.

Features a 0-12 psi C02 regulator that features precise adjustment via the calibrated top adjustment knob. Adjustment as low as 2 PSI is possible for precise dispensing and avoidance of the beer gaining carbonation while sitting. This 0-12 PSI model should not be purchased if you plan to force carbonate (pick the 0-30 PSI model D74 instead), only for precise dispensing.  Fits ball-lock kegs, and includes the pictured stainless ball lock keg connector.

The flared outlet on the side that goes to the stainless ball lock fitting can be unscrewed and leaves a 1/8" female NPT port. Into this port you can screw any 1/8" NPT male thread hose barb or threaded outlet (such as our item I80).

The regulator does not include a pictured cartridge, you will be offered a chance to order these when you put this in your cart. Note that C02 cartridges cannot be shipped by air or express, and cannot be shipped outside the lower 48 states due to aviation and postal regulations.

FOR C02 ONLY: This regulator is designed for use with C02 only, and should not be used with higher pressure argon or nitrogen gas.

Works Well and Convenient

Review by Stuart Baker on 4/7/2017

Recently purchased this small regulator and a couple of 2.5 gal kegs. This makes lugging beer to parties much easier -- one trip versus two from the car to the house. The regulator and cylinder also works well and looks great hanging off the keg. I'll still use a standard regulator and larger cylinder for carbonating, so I bought the 0-12 psi version.

Q: I have a small 6 liter keg I'd like to use this with. Can I use smaller co2 cartridges or if I don't use all the gas can I disconnect it and store it without losing the remaining gas?

A: Yes, as long as you do not unscrew the cartridge from the regulator, it will hold the gas in the cartridge.

Q: Can you orient the reg part perpendicular if your tight on height?

A: If you make the regulator horizontal, some liquid C02 from the cartridge will flow into it. This would not be a good thing, as liquid C02 should always be in the tank or cylinder, and never in the works of a regulator.

Q: Would this regulator be used primarily for kegs that are primed and naturally carbonated?

A: Yes, 12 PSI is really too low to force carbonate.
