Light and great

Light easy to do beer with great flavor. Perfect for a summer brew.

Too sweet for me

Review by Robert on 9/16/2014

Grew up on Genesee Cream Ale and thought this would be an interesting twist on what I remembered. I prefer more IPA and Pale ales so the sweetness was to much for me. My beer drinking brothers thought the same. Ended up giving it all to my neighbors and it got good reviews from the ladies. Would not do again and would recommend using half the honey. The honey seemed to overpower the cream ale flavor after a few sips.

Honey Cream Ale

Review by Michael on 9/15/2014

I have brewed 3 different types of Cream Ale. 2 by other suppliers and adding honey separately and the last from Williams with the honey included inn the kit! This one from Williams was by far the best! I'm just about ready to brew another batch! Love it!

Watermelon Ale

Review by Michael R on 9/15/2014

I used this ,along with honey malt,to form the base of my watermelon ale(10 lbs of watermelon). It is very refreshing(tasty),much better that those weak and artificial tasting "watermelon ales" you get at many brewpubs! Next time I will add some wheat malt(better head retention).

The Sweet sticky...

Review by Eric P on 9/15/2014

I will start by saying that I don't care for this beer because it is much sweeter than I prefer. With that said, it has a serious fan base at my home bar. My girlfriend has described it as "perfect". With that said, I have to put my personal taste aside and give it a favorable review.
