This extract has a fantastic scent rich in vanilla, licorice, and possibly wintergreen? A truly unique aroma for rootbeer. When brewed by the directions, the rootbeer is a little thin but plenty strong for an enjoyable glass. This blend is not as warm and rich as I expected, but experimenting with cinnamon, molasses, tapioca or oat starch, and varieties of sugar has been a lot of fun. This is a fantastic baseline that's hard to screw up!

This is by far the best extract. Not sure what it is but we can all taste the difference for me and my family we only be using you!

I made this and it turned out well, easy to carbonate in a kegging system.
