William's Brewing is a leading supplier of home brewing, winemaking, distilling, and coffee roasting products. Established in 1979, we are an established small family owned company that values our employees and their input.


This is an  8-5 Monday through Friday job working in the William's San Leandro warehouse picking and packing orders and producing home brewing products.  You must be able to occasionally lift 60 pounds, as we sell heavy sacks of grain, and orders can weigh up to 70 pounds. 

Most of your day will be spent picking and packing orders, and producing home brewing products with manual assembly or with a packaging machine. An enthusiasm and knowledge of home brewing and or winemaking and or distilling is helpful, as we are in the business of serving home brewers and winemakers, and value employees who can help customers through their experience.  Forklift experience is a plus, although we will train the right person. We have a lot of distance in our warehouse, and make sure that you will not be working closer than 6' from any other employee. There is no customer contact other than occasional will call orders.

Starting wage is $____ per hour.  All employees get a employee discount on product purchases, and we offer 3 days of paid sick days per year after 3 months, along with 4 paid holidays per year after the three month starting period. We offer a variety of health plans after 3 months, and a 4% matching IRA contribution after 3 months. We also offer longer paid vacation time after 1 year.
