Lubelski is a traditional noble hop from Poland, used in the majority of Polish lagers. Think of this one as a Polish Hallertau, although differentiated by notes of magnolia and lavender, which some have detected in the finish. Average alpha acid: 4.0%

Nice lager option
Am a huge fan of Polish lagers like Okocim and Zyweic and this is my go to hop when knocking off these recipes. These beers easily stand up to the best German lagers and allows for authentic, true to style lagers. A nice alternative to Saaz, and really lets the malt come through.
