Adds a deep reddish color to beers and a rich, highly caramelized flavor. This dark grade, unlike other crystal grades, will add a hint of roasted flavor to beer, and should not be used when you are only looking for more body and a bit of color.
Note: We are transitioning from Crisp to Simpsons, so you may get malt from one of these two English maltsters.
